About the Role

We're looking for a high-performing Climate Tech Sales Lead to join our founding team and build the sales function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the founders, you will own the entire enterprise sales cycle — from identifying and engaging potential clients to closing strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify enterprise clients across renewables (solar, wind), industrial agriculture (e.g., JK Paper), and FMCG with complex supply chains.
  • Map satellite-based solutions to use cases like crop monitoring, deforestation risk, microclimate forecasting, and risk scoring.
  • Build and maintain a robust, high-quality sales pipeline across B2B segments.
