Job Title

A key operational role plays a pivotal part in delivering results that have a direct impact on project success and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of configuration tasks for Enterprise/Wholesale customers within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage change, turnup, and migrations requests by conducting standard testing and troubleshooting of installs/activation post Provisioning
  • Contribute to important projects as a valued team member to achieve desired outcomes
  • Deliver installation functions in a timely manner to meet SLAs/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • End-to-end manage order management for smooth delivery and perform escalation management when necessary
  • Coordinate with suppliers for service delivery
Requirements
  • Display excellent customer experience/satisfaction skills as a good team player
  • Show ownership and responsiveness towards assigned work
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and other stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and field experience is essential
Desired Skills
  • Understanding of the Provisioning process including Telephone, Internet, Data, and Service Activation
  • Knowledge in switch and router configuration is highly desirable

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
