About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and information is up-to-date.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and customer experience.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to customer support.
