Job Summary
The Voice Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in providing high-quality customer service to clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for customers via phone, email, or chat
- Route complex issues to available engineers when necessary
- Create and manage tickets for customer inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and experience remain a top priority
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in international voice support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work flexible schedules, including rotational night shifts
- Must be willing to work in US time zones
