We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying customer issues and routing them to available engineers
- Creating and managing tickets for customer issues
- Acting as the first point of contact before customers reach the TAC
You will also be responsible for creating licenses and support accounts for clients worldwide. Strong communication skills and ability to learn networking concepts are essential for this role.
