**Job Summary**
Mi Lifestyle Marketing Global Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve any issues that may arise and provide solutions to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document preparation
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
