Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

Location: Electronic City Phase I, Bangalore

Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing/Distribution

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales process for FMCG and QSR clients-from initial contact to successful deal closure.
  • Oversee pipeline stages: proposal submission, sample dispatch, feedback collection, confirmation, and first-order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Proactively address issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Encourage customers to share positive reviews on platforms like Google and Justdial to boost credibility.
  • Track orders via WhatsApp broadcast reminders and maintain clear communication until delivery.
  • Drive month-on-month account growth by upselling new products/services aligned with client needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the HORECA/Frozen Food industry (QSR/FMCG background preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi; strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
