
Sales Business Development Manager

Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing/Distribution
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process for FMCG and QSR clients-from initial contact to successful deal closure.
- Oversee pipeline stages: proposal submission, sample dispatch, feedback collection, confirmation, and first-order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Proactively address issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Encourage customers to share positive reviews on platforms like Google and Justdial to boost credibility.
- Track orders via WhatsApp broadcast reminders and maintain clear communication until delivery.
- Drive month-on-month account growth by upselling new products/services aligned with client needs.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the HORECA/Frozen Food industry (QSR/FMCG background preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields.
- Fluent in English & Hindi; strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
