Job Title:

Key Role of the Hotel Executive Assistant Manager

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional who can provide exceptional support to the hotel management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the hotel management team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for guest services, including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role or as an executive assistant.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Certification in hospitality management or a related field is desirable.
