About the Role:

  • This position offers a comprehensive perspective of our global operations and business services function.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute insightful reporting dashboards and data sets that track key performance indicators, service level agreements or support employee or vendor audiences.
  • To ensure internal processes are defined, streamlined, and well-documented.
  • Execution of internal audit activities including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation.
  • Serving as an Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Developing and executing vendor Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reporting process for approved vendor performance.
  • Providing monthly financial summary and conducting year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
