Regional Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to bridge local vendors, SPOCs, and central IT in our global digital transformation partnership.

  • Act as the first point of contact for regional demand operations, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards.
  • Liaise between local business stakeholders and central IT teams.
  • Standardize local IT services under corporate control by implementing efficient processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely invoice validation, approval, and processing.
  • Maintain compliance with local and regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.

This role involves:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Implementing best practices in demand operations management.
  • Providing strategic guidance on IT service management.

Key qualifications include:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
  • Good understanding of ITIL-based service management principles.
  • Experience working with finance teams on budgets and invoice processes.
  • Familiarity with local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services.
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.

Preferred qualifications include ERP system exposure (SAP MM/FICO or equivalent), ITIL certification, and multinational or regional IT operations experience.
