Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to provide first-level support for our organization's global IT infrastructure.

This involves actively monitoring network performance using a variety of tools such as SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, and NAGIOS.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide first-level support for Global IT infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor network performance utilizing diverse tools.
  • Perform proactive checks on network links and devices.
  • Conduct bandwidth utilization analysis and generate reports.
  • Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.
  • Carry out fundamental network operations: VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.
  • Collaborate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Adhere to established ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in global IT support operations.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and ticketing tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the ITIL framework and its processes.
  • CCNA certification holds significant advantage.
