Job Title

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team to achieve desired results and optimum resource utilization.

This includes managing team productivity, training, and tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.

  • Oversee daily workflow to ensure maximum capacity
  • Ensure schedule adherence
  • Manage operations to overcome challenges
  • Communicate with the US offices through calls and emails
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit timely
  • Perform quality checks on volumes processed by team members

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Workflow Management

  • Manage daily workflows to ensure maximum capacity
  • Plan and coordinate work schedules
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback

Operational Effectiveness

  • Manage operational processes to overcome challenges
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency

Communication and Reporting

  • Communicate effectively with the US offices
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit timely

Quality Control

  • Perform quality checks on volumes processed by team members
  • Identify and address quality issues

Professional Qualifications/Experience:

Graduate or master's in any stream is required.

Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability are necessary.

Good networking skills across the organization are needed.

Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training are required.

5-7 years of experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO is necessary.

Career Progression:

If performing well in the current role, may grow to Sr.Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Ops Manager.

Requirements:

  • Able to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Able to de-stress the work environment under pressure
  • Very strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet
  • Able to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers

Work Schedule:

Job requires working in night shifts (USA Shift timing with additional allowances) and on Indian holidays.
