• Lead the digitization of HR systems, including HRMS and AI-driven talent analytics.

• Enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

5. Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

• Ensure high employee engagement scores across all businesses.

• Position the conglomerate as an 'Employer of Choice' in India and globally.

6. Capability Building & Future Readiness

• Establish corporate academies for leadership development and technical upskilling.

• Drive reskilling initiatives in emerging areas like EV technologies and digital manufacturing.

7. Industrial Relations & Compliance

• Maintain harmonious relations with large blue-collar manufacturing setups.
