Senior Leadership Role for Technology and Data Science

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our technology and data science operations in India. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance and direction to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and other technical staff to develop cutting-edge health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Develop and implement AI and NLP-based analytics products that prioritize clinical and care management perspectives.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Build and maintain internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHRs, claims, and care management data.
  • Improve operational efficiency by implementing project management tools and processes that enhance team performance and results.
  • Promote innovation and out-of-the-box thinking within the team.
  • Guide the team's ability to transform business ideas into practical, data-driven health analytics solutions.
  • Grow the team by hiring highly skilled and dedicated staff through selective recruitment and integration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading global teams, managing resources, and building strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience, including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, or data science.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and experience in team building and coaching.

Required Skills:

  • Executive presence, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively interface with US leadership.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another relevant field.
  • Strong software security focus, experience with security certifications, and ability to manage technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to translate client and SME insights into product and operational requirements for technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
