Fullstack Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Fullstack Manager, overseeing technology delivery, business priorities, and team well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead technical capabilities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Partner with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
    • Act as the first point of contact for your team on interpersonal dynamics and professional development.
    • Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
    • Support conflict resolution and promote open communication.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve delivery issues tied to team dynamics.
    • Stay connected with operational teams to align with business priorities.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Languages & Frameworks: .Net, Java, Microservices, ReactJS
    • Data: SQL Server, APIs, REST API, Databricks, Synapse
    • Agile & Delivery: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), CI/CD, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Scheduler
    • Tools & Platforms: GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Microsoft Azure
    • Security & Monitoring: Veracode, CA SiteMinder, MS Entra, PingOne, Azure AppInsights, Elastic
  • Qualifications:
    • 8–14 years of experience with proven team leadership.
    • Strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices, Azure technologies.
    • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD.
