Lead Your Team to Success

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience in leading teams and overseeing daily operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Manager. The Lead will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards of quality.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, mentorship, and support, coordinate with various departments, and ensure effective communication among team members.

The Lead will also evaluate team performance, manage resources, and contribute to strategic planning to drive project success.

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skills
  • Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of 3 years in AI, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Cloud services)
  • Knowledge of Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
  • Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix)
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management Systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation
  • Database knowledge (SQL basics).
