About the Role

Our organization seeks a Senior Team Leader to assume key responsibilities and lead our team effectively. As a senior leader, you will oversee daily deliverables, ensure operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who possesses postgraduate qualifications in finance and has relevant experience in Fixed Income analytics, risk management, and returns. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently are highly valued.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, and Returns areas.
  • Support client queries on Fixed Income analytics, Returns, Terms and Conditions, and other related topics.
  • Become an SME in end-to-end Services operations support for clients, ensuring daily deliverables are met.
  • Partner with regional and Global Leads, Managers, Director of Operations to effectively manage initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiency by focusing on consistency between global teams.
  • Regularly present KPIs and key goals for the team to regional and global teams.
  • Efficiently lead projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact during shifts and support the team and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of minimum 7 members.
Eligibility Criteria

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Flexible to work in a hybrid model.
