Job Title: Transactional Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement for transaction quality and delivery.
  • Manage call quality & client-related KPIs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of TQ interventions.
  • Strengthen quality management processes/framework to improve quality delivery.
  • Capture SLA/SLO metrics, report needs of all clients, set up/customize processes to meet client expectations.
  • Generate and implement out-of-the-box ideas and process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process control & compliance, manage audit requirements.
  • Provide crisp and specific feedback to front-line recruitment teams on new hire quality.
  • Provide floor support, feedback, refresher.
  • Support quality and compliance teams in audits and follow-ups.
  • Run FMEA and compliance audits/health checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • People management skills.
  • Ability to drive initiatives to closure.
  • Dealing with employees at various levels.
  • Leadership, direction, and motivation for high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Data handling/data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding transition phases (handover, startup, manage, exit) for effective transaction quality management.
  • Maturity to handle people (clients, stakeholders, peers).
  • Process-oriented planning, decision-making, data handling, prioritization, meeting deadlines, working under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented organizational/presentation skills.
  • Green Belt training/certification.
