**Job Title:** SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist

Our team seeks a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding specialist to lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify how SAP SuccessFactors can enhance these functions.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules.
  • Implementation of ONB20 with ONB 10 existing reference for the client. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding module with other HR processes and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 is a must.
