Business Systems Specialist

Our company is a global provider of enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence, and managed services.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules. The consultant must have hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules.
The key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules, collaborating with HR business teams to gather requirements, designing solutions, and configuring system functionalities.
The consultant will also design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience working in remote/VDI-based environments.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is preferred.
