Job Opportunity

Experience is a valuable asset in any organization, and RAIN Industries is no exception. As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will have the chance to leverage your technical expertise to drive success within our Global IT Team.

The role requires resolving change requests and incidents related to various SuccessFactors sub-modules. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving configuration changes and integration issues for global issues including India.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolve incidents & Change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Resolve Configuration changes and Integration issues for Global Issues including India
  • Documentation of configurations and other business processes
  • Handholding in Uploads of MDF & other Objects, Form template changes
  • SAP HCM ECC knowledge in OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules

Mandatory Skills:

  • Implementation or Support experience in At least 2 or more of below mentioned SuccessFactors modules

Required Modules:

  • Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
  • Onboarding (ONB), Off/boarding
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Time Management (Time Sheet & Absences)
  • Payroll (India)
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)
  • Compensation

Essential Knowledge:

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central

Integration Expertise:

  • Experience or Knowledge in Integrations with-in SuccessFactors and SF to SAP & Vice versa, other 3rd party systems
  • Basic knowledge in SAP HCM – Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)
  • Coordination with Technical team for Custom requirements

Soft Skills:

  • Team player & good communication skills
  • Ability to deliver work packages assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university
