Executive Business Leader Wanted

  • Proven experience in managing new business generation, account retention, and cross-selling products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key decision-makers and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • A deep understanding of the Employer market segment, including their unique demands and purchasing style.
  • A track record of success in sales roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for New business generation & Retention of Large accounts.
  • Drive discussions with CXO's , Senior Directors
  • Cross selling of products with the existing clients.
  • Claims advocacy and servicing.
  • Different insurers, their strength and weakness
  • Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
  • Gap analysis of the existing policies, suggesting better terms and negotiating the same with the markets.
  • Retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Visit insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholder.
