As a Red Teaming Expert, you will be joining a global team of subject matter specialists across various disciplines and entrusted with diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete in-depth training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, jailbreaking, project guidelines, and requirements
  • Craft clever and sneaky prompts to attempt to bypass filters and guardrails on LLMs, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by clients
  • Collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work
  • Assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks
  • Adapt to dynamic project needs and client guidelines, navigating shifting requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with evolving LLM capabilities and vulnerabilities, helping your team's methods evolve accordingly
  • Achieve productivity targets, including prompt volume and average handling time per prompt
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics – knowing 'proper' English rules and when to deviate for testing purposes
  • Ability to adopt different voices and perspectives
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Attentive to detail and quality-oriented
  • Well-honed internet research skills
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing circumstances
