Job Title: AI Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Security Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing robust security measures to protect AI models from adversarial attacks, prompt injection, and jailbreaking attempts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data protection mechanisms to prevent data exposure in AI systems, creating and maintaining API services for AI security tools using modern frameworks, and building and enhancing monitoring solutions for AI security posture assessment.

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong foundation in machine learning, including model development, training, and integration into production systems. The candidate should also have experience with full-stack development using Java, with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong understanding of OWASP top 10 for AI and CISA guidelines for AI development. A cybersecurity certification such as CISSP or similar is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development using Java
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, including model development, training, and integration into production systems
  • Experience with full-stack development using modern frameworks such as React or Angular
  • 3+ years' experience in API development based on REST, gRPC methodologies using FastAPI, Spring REST or similar frameworks
  • 3+ years' experience in development and maintenance of cloud native applications using Kubernetes or other container management solutions
  • Experience with development, deployment, performance tuning and maintenance of AI models and applications on cloud platform
  • Well-versed in Python programming language including unit testing frameworks such as Pytest
  • Good understanding of OWASP top 10 for AI and CISA guidelines for AI development
