Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI expert to join our organization as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Administrator. This role will be responsible for the overall governance and management of AI tools within our organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI applications, particularly in the context of Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic. They should have experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data Privacy Controls: Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used in AI model training.
  • Audit Logs and Compliance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.
  • Security and Moderation: Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Model Performance Tracking: Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or related role.
  • Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
