Job Title: AI Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of an AI Assurance Specialist.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI-driven applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans for AI models and applications.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, coherence, bias, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for AI-based systems, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Conduct adversarial testing, edge case analysis, and security testing to identify potential vulnerabilities in AI systems.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and developers to refine model performance and mitigate errors.
  • Maintain awareness of AI model drift and ensure consistent performance across different inputs and datasets.
  • Evaluate the response times, scalability, and reliability of AI systems through performance testing.
  • Document test cases, test results, and defects while adhering to AI governance and ethical guidelines.
  • Continuously explore new tools and methodologies to enhance AI testing processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Generative AI Testing.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML engineering principles.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of AI governance and ethical guidelines.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
