Job Title: Senior Executive, HR Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our Human Resources function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving organisational change and people initiatives that support the company's long-term sustainability.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance and employee relations. You will also be responsible for drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.

Maintaining accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports is essential for this role. You will also act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.

Additionally, you will coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required. Providing analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making is also a critical aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive organisational change and people initiatives.
  • Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance and employee relations.
  • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing/engineering/industrial background preferred).
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll.
  • Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes.
  • Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
