We are seeking a Production Support Engineer with extensive experience in the capital markets sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to business users.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, Unix, VB, Powerquery, and Python, as well as experience working with monitoring and job scheduling tools like Control-M and familiarity with basic support processes such as incident management and ServiceNow or similar tools.

Familiarity with regulatory reporting is a plus. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be self-driven, and demonstrate high accountability standards.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in production support at an L2 level, directly supporting business users.
