Job Title: Capital Markets Expert

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Markets Expert to lead the execution of IPO mandates from start to finish. This includes due diligence, documentation, regulatory filings, marketing and listing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams (origination, compliance, research, sales) and external advisors (lawyers, auditors, registrars, etc.).

This role involves ensuring timely preparation and submission of offer documents- DRHP, RHP, and related filings with SEBI, stock exchanges and ROC.

It is essential to stay up-to-date with SEBI, MCA and stock exchange regulations related to IPOs and public offerings.

The Capital Markets Expert will manage regulatory queries, observations and approvals with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

As a primary point of contact for clients during the IPO process, strong relationships with promoters, board members and senior employees of client companies are crucial.

This role also involves assisting in planning investor roadshows, analyst meets, and IPO marketing strategies (Domestic and International).

Collaboration with research and sales teams is essential to ensure effective messaging to institutional and retail investors.

The Capital Markets Expert must ensure accurate reporting of all material data and liaise with third parties including consultants, exchanges and regulators.

Financial and legal due diligence will also be conducted as part of this role.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Expertise in Issue Management.
