Capital Markets & Investment Banking Advisory

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Capital Markets & Investment Banking Advisory expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex capital market transactions, advising clients on equity fundraising strategies, and ensuring deal compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Capital Market Transactions: IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds
  • Advise Clients on Equity Fundraising Strategies: Market Positioning, Transaction Structuring
  • Ensure Deal Compliance: SEBI, RBI, Regulatory Guidelines
  • Manage End-to-End Deal Execution: Due Diligence, Offer Documents, Regulators, Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors, Auditors
  • Conduct Financial Analysis and Valuations: Transaction Feasibility Studies
  • Develop Relationships with Institutional Investors: HNIs, Merchant Bankers, Law Firms, Intermediaries
  • Stay Updated on Capital Market Trends: Regulatory Changes, Market Developments
  • Support in Preparing Pitch Decks and Investor Presentations: Transaction Reports
Qualifications & Experience:
  • CA/ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce
  • 5-6 years of Proven Experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Advisory
  • Hands-on Deal Execution Experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or Similar Transactions
  • Strong Knowledge of SEBI Regulations, Listing Guidelines, Compliance Frameworks
  • Excellent Analytical, Research, and Financial Modeling Skills
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Abilities
  • Established Network with Market Participants, Including Investors and Intermediaries, is a Strong Plus
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and Manage Multiple Deals Simultaneously
