- This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Manager located in Pune.- The Franchise Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of franchisees, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, providing operational support, and maintaining good relationships with franchise partners.
- Responsibilities also include identifying and recruiting new franchisees, conducting training sessions, and monitoring franchise performance and compliance with company Experience in franchise management, business development, and sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Operational knowledge and problem-solving skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
