Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project lead to drive strategic and operational projects in our Indian production unit. As a key member of our team, you will oversee projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and seamless communication with our U.S.-based team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production-related projects including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate relationships with vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers for timely delivery, quality compliance, and project objectives.
  • Serve as primary liaison between Indian and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  • Develop detailed project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards in collaboration with QA/QC teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting, preferably in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food manufacturing.
