Project Manager

As a key member of the International Business Division Team, you will work closely with Senior Account Directors to serve as a liaison between our organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of service to clients.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client research needs, creating tailored solutions to support project objectives.
  • Design and localize research instruments, including questionnaires, discussion guides, and stimulus materials, to ensure effective data collection.
  • Train and brief data collection teams on project methodology and protocols.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, ethnographies, and other qualitative research methods.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing timely, actionable solutions.
  • Perform qualitative data analysis and provide insightful reporting to clients.

Client Servicing:

  • Effectively manage all communication with clients, ensuring swift and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing market insights and ensuring their comfort with local markets.
  • Proactively discuss and resolve issues, offering actionable solutions to meet client needs.
  • Attend client visits, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong relationships.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Ability to derive qualitative insights and craft compelling research reports.
  • Comfortable with travel across India for project management and client visits.
  • Preferably experienced in servicing international clients.
