Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate the predefined steps of our Coupa implementation, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.

This key role will partner closely with our Business Project Manager to drive the project forward, align priorities, and overcome blockers. The ideal candidate will maintain and enforce adherence to project governance standards and frameworks, serving as the primary IT point of contact for the project.

The successful Project Coordinator will provide regular status updates via slide decks and/or verbal reports to senior stakeholders, escalating risks and issues appropriately and tracking them through to resolution.

The RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log will be owned by this role, with timely updates ensured, proactively chasing owners for progress and accountability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the Coupa implementation process.
  • Partner with the Business Project Manager to drive the project forward.
  • Maintain adherence to project governance standards.
  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the project.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately.
  • Own the RAID log for the IT portion of the project.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
  • Prior experience delivering enterprise-level IT projects in a global environment.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, and Oracle systems and their integration points.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
