Key Role in Strategic Growth

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives and supporting the leadership team across sales, business development, and product growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market plays for business development.
  • Design, refine, and track sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build trust with clients through proactive communication and long-term growth of customer relationships.
  • Partner with product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities for product growth.
  • Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making at the founder's level.
  • Work with multiple teams – sales, product, marketing, and engineering – to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to effectively articulate ideas, strategies, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • MBA in marketing or sales.
