Key Responsibilities
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Lead the business development team and steer toward growth.
- Build business channels—one or many—including Online Bidding, Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Referral Marketing, and Personal networks and connections.
- Hunt down high-quality leads, guide the sales process, and seal the deal like a pro.
- Become the ultimate client champion—nurturing relationships and turning one-time clients into repeats.
- Collaborate with our developers, creatives, and marketeers to craft bespoke solutions for clients.
- Stay ahead of the curve with market insights, competitor moves, and fresh growth ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 5 Years
- Leadership experience in a creative or web development company.
- A track record in business development and lead generation across multiple channels.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and relationship-building superpowers.
- The ability to manage and inspire a team to crush their targets.
Additional Requirements
- A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with several ideas about a topic.
- Good communication skills and Interpersonal Skills.
- Candidate must manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, deal closure, and proposal drafting
