Strategic Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Lead to play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide initiatives and supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CXO) in fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute key strategic initiatives, including business planning and change management. Identify critical strategic issues facing the organization and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • CXO Support: Manage CXOs' interactions with internal and external stakeholders, develop go-to-market strategy, and annual business plans.
  • Strategic Initiative PMO: Lead and drive key strategic initiatives, deliver and design transformation agenda & efficiency improvement projects.
  • Strategic Insights: Develop comprehensive business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, ROI analysis.
  • Strategy Communication: Manage all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interact with other stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to create buy-in and achieve deliverables.
  • Work well under high pressure and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Good understanding of data management and collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Full-time MBA (preferably from a top-tier B-school) / CA.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years PQE.
