Job Title: Process Associate
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with potential clients from provided leads and directories.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) using a polished, professional tone.
- Clients appreciate the value of our premium products and offerings when clearly communicated.
- Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our sales team.
- Accurately maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately.
- Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written.
- A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer support, or sales coordination is advantageous.
- Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
