Comprehensive E-Commerce Solutions

As a skilled Full-Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our e-commerce practice. Your expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies will empower you to design and build scalable, user-centric eCommerce solutions on the Shopify platform.

This position is ideal for a developer who can take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, with a deep understanding of eCommerce architecture and a hands-on approach to both UI/UX and server-side logic.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, scalable solutions that meet business objectives
  • Design and build full-stack applications with an emphasis on performance, responsiveness, and maintainability, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Work on Shopify+ front-end development, including custom theme development, and leveraging Shopify Plus features like Scripts and Flows to drive innovation
  • Collaborate with architects to define technical solutions and integration points, driving cohesive technology strategies
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code for both front-end and back-end components, promoting sustainable development practices
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance across browsers and devices, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality, upholding industry standards
  • Maintain technical documentation for future reference and updates, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience), demonstrating academic excellence and relevant skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical development roles, showcasing progressive responsibility and expertise
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Shopify+ front-end development, including familiarity with Shopify Scripts and Flows, driving real-world application
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, utilizing industry-standard tools
  • Experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, .NET, or Java, driving robust solution architectures
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and efficient workflows
  • Experience with Git and tools like SourceTree or Bitbucket, utilizing version control and collaborative tools
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, applying adaptable project management approaches
  • Bonus: Experience working in eCommerce environments and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), driving scalability and growth
