Closing Manager Role

This key position oversees client engagement and ensures deal closure with proper documentation. The Closing Manager will be the final touchpoint in the sales funnel, working closely with high-intent leads.

  • Engage with clients to assist in closure of referred clients
  • Attend direct walk-ins and sourced leads at project sites
  • Present projects, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends & landscapes
  • Document all booking processes, including cost sheets and necessary KYC documents
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth execution
  • Report daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to Site Heads/Managers
  • Train teams on negotiation skills, objection handling & product updates
  • Track team KPIs: walk-ins, conversion %, TAT for documentation

Essential Competencies:

  • Commercial & residential real estate sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle pressure situations and demanding clients
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive under pressure
