Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to help deliver and improve the end customer experience across clients' digital channels, leveraging a range of tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Adobe Target with a minimum of 4-9 years of consulting and implementation experience. They should also have a thorough working knowledge of the overall digital marketing solution and framework.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing reports and dashboards to meet clients' needs in Adobe Analytics and Target;
  • Providing advice on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met;
  • Creating and implementing data-driven strategies for A/B and multi-variate testing & experimentation;
  • Experience in recommendations activities & automated personalization;
  • Technical expertise on Adobe Target with hands-on use cases implementing successful campaigns;
  • Integration of Target with sites and analytics tools;
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing configuration and integration issues;

Requirements include:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS required;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Understanding/exposure to cross-product integration (i.e., Target – Campaign, Target – AAM etc.);
  • Experience in solution design, RFP, and client interactions;

Nice to have:

  • Data visualization experience: workspace, report builder, PowerBi, and Tableau;
  • Optimizely experience & Google analytics;
  • Experience with agile methodologies: Scrum;
  • Mobile tagging experience;
