About the Company

We are seeking a seasoned School Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, ensuring smooth onboarding, and driving repeat participation in our educational solutions.

  • Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into our initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
  • Established network of 50-60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
