Job Title: Executive Digital Sales

 

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a digital transformation leader to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive business growth through channels like WhatsApp, SMS, banners, and website.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, ensuring our portfolio aligns with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, monitoring their performance and ROI
  • Drive transaction volume and revenue targets through digital channels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and growth strategies
  • Identify emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance business processes, user experience, and customer engagement
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives
  • Manage campaigns for customers, merchants, and internal employees
  • Build relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
  • Share regular business updates to leadership and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns weekly/monthly, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Master's in Business Administration or Bachelor's in relevant discipline preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar industry
  • Good working knowledge in MS office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, independently
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
