Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to fill this key role. This is a full-time remote position that offers excellent growth opportunities.

About the Position:

  • Manage and run campaigns to drive engagement

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Google Suite skills
  • Experience with Teamwork.com
  • Adobe Acrobat Sign knowledge
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
  • Inventory management skills using SKU Vault
  • Shipstation expertise

A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required. 5+ years of experience in sales or customer support roles, strong communication skills, and ability to manage deadlines are essential.
