Senior Performance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Manager to join our team.

This role involves managing resources, client relationships, performance evaluations, escalation management, and overall delivery for your span.

Your ideal candidate should have expert knowledge in various search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.

They should communicate well and work methodically as part of the team.

Requirements:
  • Ensuring optimal levels of resource utilization and keeping internal & external stakeholders updated
  • Ensuring quality delivery as per the defined SLAs
  • Driving team adherence to all internal/external tools and processes
  • Keeping the team motivated through regular touch points/team engagement activities
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal or external)
  • Sense of ownership; very responsible for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews
  • End to end campaign management experience in running paid ads on Meta, Twitter, etc
  • Staying up to date with industry news and developments; analyzing, keeping pace, and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis
  • Driving new tests, analyzing performance, and providing insights on how performance could be improved
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practice
  • 1 year -5 yrs of experience in Paid Social ads specifically
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram, , Twitter and end to end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns
  • Team & Client management skills
  • Subject-matter-expert for Search
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus
