
Human Resource Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Oversee payroll records and employee data in HR/payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding/offboarding, promotions, and other payroll-impacting changes.
- Manage payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, bonuses, and other compensation-related components.
- Prepare payroll reports for internal use and external audits.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and earnings.
- Collaborate with Finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts.
- Support year-end activities such as tax form distribution (e.g. W-2).
- Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g. ADP, SAP, Workday).
- Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
