    Role Summary

The Deputy Director-Corporate will co-manage the corporate vertical, overseeing key clients and client portfolios. Effective leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and advisory abilities are essential for engaging with clients and media.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Effectively managing key clients to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborating with the team to develop and execute client deliverables on a monthly basis.

• Contributing to new business development initiatives that drive growth and revenue.

• Ensuring individual Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met for team members, promoting high performance and delivery of quality work.

• Developing and implementing effective communication plans with clients, fostering transparency across the team and with clients.

• Providing timely feedback to team members and ensuring they meet performance expectations.

• Cultivating an environment that promotes ownership, accountability, and high client satisfaction at all levels.

• Achieving organizational goals through collaborative efforts with the team and clients.

• Experience: 7-8 years of experience handling clients in the corporate sector, including Retail, Technology, Lifestyle, Logistics, Healthcare, and Pharma.
