We are seeking a dynamic and well-networked professional to fill the role of Corporate Fundraising Director.

The ideal candidate will have experience in venture capital, accelerators/incubators, startup fundraising, and corporate strategy, along with a strong network of VC funds, angel investors, and family offices.

  • Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute fundraising strategies for startups and SMEs, aligned with their business goals.
  • Investor Relations: Build, manage, and expand relationships with venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Startup Ecosystem: Engage with accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem enables source, evaluation, and support startups.
  • Deal Sourcing & Scouting: Identify high-potential startups, conduct preliminary evaluations, and position them effectively for investors.
  • Investor Materials: Oversee preparation of pitch decks, financial models, teasers, and investment memos for fundraising campaigns.
  • Events & Networking: Represent the company at startup ecosystem events, conferences, and networking platforms, building strong industry visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal research, finance, and strategy teams to prepare startups for investor discussions.
  • Transaction Support: Assist in negotiations, due diligence, and deal closure support.

Qualifications & Experience:

A master's degree in finance, management, entrepreneurship, or related fields is required. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in venture capital, startup fundraising, accelerators/incubators, or corporate strategy.

Strong networking skills, excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills are essential.
