Strategic HR Lead

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles;
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
