
Strategic HR Professional Wanted

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to oversee daily global HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant labor laws.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in HR management. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office is required, and experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus.
